Storyboard: Recognize, Formalize, Integrate
Working in a non-formalized waste collection environment has many barriers in the lives of waste collectors. The lack of efficient waste collection, transport, and storage hinders the waste collection system.
With the support of RECONOMY, the social enterprise REDI Recycling promotes the formalization and integration of the waste collectors into the waste management system providing dignified and fair working conditions.
Here is the storyboard about Bajram, one of the waste collectors at REDI Recycling in North Macedonia who had the opportunity to formalize his employment.
