RECONOMY Snippet: Strategic Review – August 2023

In August 2023, the Helvetas team of RECONOMY convened in Georgia for a strategic review. This workshop was motivated by two key objectives. Firstly, after nearly two and a half years of program implementation, there was a need to assess and leverage the accumulated learnings. This introspection also aimed at determining how best to capitalize on these insights for the program’s future direction. The second, equally vital objective, was to build a team spirit. Recognizing that the strength of RECONOMY lies in the unity and synergy of its members, this review served as an opportunity for team building and ensuring that every member was aligned with the main goal of RECONOMY.
