Across the Eastern Partnership and Western Balkan countries, the shift toward energy-efficient and sustainable buildings is gaining momentum.

A new RECONOMY learning brief, developed within the RECONOMY program (funded by Sweden and implemented by Helvetas), explores how professional certification systems and Green Building Councils can unlock this transition.
