Across Albania and North Macedonia, a new generation of energy professionals is gaining hands-on experience with RETScreen, a clean energy management software used worldwide to assess energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability projects.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Young trainees in Albania — exploring, challenging, and mastering the tools that will shape their careers in sustainable energy.

Through dynamic teaching, collaborative learning, and practical application, they are not only learning a tool — they are building the skills needed for the green transition in the Western Balkans.
