Connecting Countries, Inspiring Tourism | Round n’About
Tourism has a unique power: it connects people, landscapes, and opportunities across borders. This year in Batumi, we saw that power in action, where we were proud to support the Georgian Tourism Summit Tourister and convene tourism leaders and businesses from Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.
From the Black Sea coastline to the conference hall, the energy was unmistakable.
🎤 Keynote speakers like Jan Klavora (Trans Dinarica) and Meagan Neal (TransCaucasian Trail) shared stories of trails, routes, and experiences that unite countries through shared narratives and shared value.
🤝 Tour operators and BMOs exchanged ideas and explored new regional products.
🎙️ Lasha Nakashidze (Helvetas / RECONOMY) reflected on why regional cooperation matters more than ever.
