Job ad: Project Manager, Project Officer, and Finance & Administration Officer in Ukraine

We are expanding our team in Ukraine.

Together with Volvo Group, we are launching a new project to support Ukraine’s recovery through systemic improvements in the logistics, transport, and construction sectors.

We’re looking for three motivated professionals to join our growing team in Kyiv:

🔹 Project Manager — to lead the design, strategy, and management of the project, working closely with Volvo Group and key partners to drive systemic and sustainable market change.

🔹 Project Officer — to implement market systems development interventions, modernize vocational education, and engage private sector actors to enhance competitiveness and innovation.

🔹 Finance and Administration Officer — to ensure transparent, high-quality financial management and administrative support, enabling smooth project delivery and strong partner coordination.

These positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute to Ukraine’s inclusive economic recovery, working within a dynamic regional program and in partnership with leading international and local actors.
