Call for Concept Notes: Smart Logistics: Advancing efficiency and connectivity in the Western Balkans

In the frame of “Navigating the Road Ahead” project in the Western Balkan countries, implemented by Helvetas in partnership with Volvo Group and local stakeholders, we kindly invite all interested and eligible applicants to submit their Concept Notes that propose innovative initiatives in Smart Logistics.

The deadline for submission of Concept Notes is 4 August 2025.

Any clarifications or questions regarding the Concept Notes shall be submitted to the email address reconomyprocurement@helvetas.org no later than 7 working days before the deadline.
